IKON’s new range of Basix shock absorbers are designed for the budget conscious rider who does not want to compromise on build quality.
Featuring chrome plated bodies, fixed rate damping, 3 position adjustable pre-load and a black powder coated narrow series progressive rate spring, IKON Basix provide a consistently comfortable ride on a variety of road surfaces and also respond to different loads (e.g. carrying a pillion passenger or luggage).
IKON have managed to maintain quality but keep the prices down by offering a more basic specification, so, unlike their other shocks, the Basix do not feature adjustable damping.
Rebuildable and revalvable, IKON Basix are individually dyno-tested before leaving the Australian factory and offer modern technology for old applications. IKON’s fitment list covers a wide range of makes and models, both on and off-road, including machines from Kawasaki, Harley Davidson, Triumph and Suzuki.
Retail prices for the 76 Series IKON Basix start at £199.60 (including VAT) for a pair. Call 01926 430562 or visit www.ikonshocks.co.uk for details of fitments and prices.
